Two of my last clients were paying for Microsoft 365 month to month.

No plans to switch. No plans to shut up shop. Just month to month because that’s how it was set up and nobody ever changed it.

When I showed them what an annual commitment would cost instead, both said the same thing.

“Oh, really?”

That was it. No drama. Just a quiet moment of realising they’d been overpaying without knowing it.

One of them also had a licence sitting active for someone who left months ago. Still ticking away. Still being billed.

Committing to annual instead of monthly works out at roughly 2 months free per user, per year. For a small team, that adds up.

So here’s your Tuesday nudge:
– When did you last actually look at your Microsoft 365 licences?
– Are you on monthly with no good reason to be?
– Do you have licences assigned to people who’ve moved on?
– Are you even on the right plan for what your team uses?

It takes about 10 minutes to check.
Happy to chat if you’d like me to take a look for your business.
