I’ve been watching Clarkson’s Farm.
In the new series, Jeremy gets an AI robot to plant his seeds automatically.
It doesn’t replace him. It just frees him up to do more valuable work elsewhere on the farm.
That’s the bit that stuck with me.

I recently built a Case Manager app for a growing business that was running on a patchwork of Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Teams messages and emails.
Managers would check a case and have no idea when it was last updated, because the person responsible for copying the data across was part time.
Decisions were slow. Information couldn’t be trusted. And as the business grew, the whole thing became unmanageable.
They’d started looking at project management tools. None of them fit. All of them cost money they didn’t need to spend.

So we built something inside Microsoft 365, tools they already paid for.
Every case now lives in one place. Updates happen in real time. Managers see the latest information the moment they open it. Notifications go out automatically at the right stages.
One of their team described it as a “one stop shop” which is exactly what it should feel like.

You don’t always need a new tool.
Sometimes you just need someone to unlock the ones you’re already paying for.
Are you still running critical processes across spreadsheets and emails?

Happy to chat if you’d like to see what’s possible inside your existing Microsoft 365 setup.
