It allows for any data in OneDrive/SharePoint or even particular settings like group membership to be updated as certain triggers occur.
In the 15 minute video below, I take you through a lead filling in a MS Form, it populating your Leads List and then adding a follow up job in Planner to make sure you’re on top customer that are coming straight to you.
I had to go quick as LI only allows 15 minutes, but with just 2 flows, we automate adding to our leads list and auto creating a job with all the steps at our finger tips so that we know all our customers get the same onboarding and that our quality is kept to the standard we expect from our team.
