Microsoft 365 is so frustrating – and I built a business around it.
As you maybe know, I implement tools within the M365 suite that you already pay for as part of your MS licensing, so you’d think I know how to use it with my eyes closed.
We’ll some parts, but when I’m, asked if it can do a certain thing in particular I go away, normally thinking it’ll be quite straightforward, only to quickly learn that in the way it’s designed what I’m trying to achieve needs to be done in a more complicated way – but that’s the thing, it can still be done.
For sure other tools may do it a simpler way, but is it worth the cost of learning what other tools would be best for that solution, the time needed to secure that tool to make sure only my team can see it, do I want to add something else to stack my team need to learn and makes audit’s longer?
