Microsoft 365 Optimisations

What does M365 Optimisation mean?

Your team is growing, more work is coming in, but something feels…off. Work is getting done but it feels slow and very manual. As more people join the team things get slower and no one seems to have the most up to date information.

You’re paying for additional tools to help the team get more efficient but again each one seems to add complications or make the system even slower, information is spread across multiple systems and you’re losing business because you can’t get to it soon enough.

This does not need to be the case.

If you use Microsoft 365, you’ve got all the tools in the licenses you already pay for to give your employees an email address, no third party project manager (Trello or Asana), automation tool (n8n), booking system (Calendly) is needed.
Instead using MS Planner, MS Power Automate, MS Bookings and suddenly all your information is in a single place, when you check on a piece of work you know it’s the latest version meaning you can make better decisions quicker.
Your team no longer lose chunks of their day to menial tasks, the system does it as you need it to and exactly when you need it to.

No more copying between excel sheets and third party tools, no more making the same jobs month after month, no more guess work. Now things are just getting done, because the correct systems are in place that will scale you continue to grow, everyone knows what they should be doing because things are documented properly and you’re saving money because you’ve consolidated your tools to what you already have.

What would working with Greenwood Online look like for your business?

For Bespoke Solutions:
We spend time learning and mapping out your system’s, finding out what you need to be in place in order for work to get completed.

We’ll then build a solution based on what we learnt above and create a video demo for you to see the solution in action.

This is a chance for your feedback big or small. If big we’ll make some changes to make sure it’s still on scope.

Once your happy it looks like a good fit, we’ll send a quote for the scope of work.
We look for this to be paid in 3 stages:

  1. 25% deposit to allow work to begin – along with a contract to be signed
  2. When the solution is nearly finished a 50% payment
  3. The last 25% after go live

As we get closer to a finished solution we’ll agree a GO live date (though this may need to include time for data migration if that is required)

Documentation will also be made and provided for employees to refer as needed.

For something already in our Portfolio:
We’ll have a Good Fit Call to make sure you’ll be getting what you’re expecting.

If all good, we’ll lock in a date for us to implement the solution, depending on the solution will depend on how long it’ll take to implement, but for most of our pre-built solutions, we can implement them in a day or two.

We’ll need an account to create the solution in, we recommend creating a service account (if you don’t already have one) where the solution can live.

This means it’s clear where the solution lives and we don’t need to worry about staff leaving.

We’ll also provide some documentation for staff to refer to when they’re using the solution.
